Empowering User with FARO 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning Technologies

FARO 3D Terrestrial laser scanner uses Hyper-modulation technology to deliver quick and precise point cloud data for 3D Documentation. 3D images of complex environments and geometries can be generated in mere minutes and can be used for architecture, as-Built Documentation, 3D modeling of process plants, architectural preservation tasks, digital factory layouts, deformation monitoring, or accident reconstruction.

In this session, Mr Jeffrey Tan, the Distribution Manager of FARO would share about the evolution of FARO 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning Technology as well as direction he is heading. Follow by Mr Yap Xiao Wah, the Managing Director of Bandwork GPS Solutions will share some specific laser scanning workflows and features of the FARO Scene software, Project Planning and explain how to best apply the different methods for scan placement. Lastly, we have Mr Jackson Cham, the Technical Sales Director of Bandwork GPS Solutions to present an overview of FARO 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning Technology directions for various applications.
