Spatial Analysis of HIV/AIDS in Boyolali Regency 2013
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a retrovirus that can be caused AIDS (Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome). The aim of this research is to describe the spreader of HIV/AIDS disease in Boyolali Regency from 2005 until June of 2013. This was a descriptive research with geographic information system. Then, the collection data was done by qualitative approach. This object research is all of people affected by HIV/AIDS in Boyolali District from 2005 until June of 2013, as much as 121 people and 48 of them were died. This research used a descriptive analysis to understanding the distribution of spreader of HIV/AIDS cases in Boyolali Regency and spatial analysis using GIS with space clustering by point technique. The result of this research indicated that HIV/AIDS spreads in 94,74% of Boyolali's Districts. Selo District is only one of 19 Boyolali Districts in which people affected by HIV/AIDS are prohibited.
